I’ll see your LVD Shape Delta, and Trumpf you with a 2000R.  We’ve only gone and done it.  

After months of planning and fantastic support from AK Machinery, MLPS Engineering, Steve Perry Transport, Lantek Systems, Wilson Tool and the South West Manufacturing Advisory Service, Scott Arnold and the team have totally upgraded our punching capabilities by installing a sleek, compact, quiet and technically advanced Trumpf Trumatic 2000R CNC Punch.

Whilst we must offer our apologies to our neighbours in Exe Units for the disruption we have caused recently to their working lives during the project execution, for us our leap forward underlines our commitment to our current loyal customer base and also our desire to build new relationships for local and national companies who require fabricated parts.

Why punch? The 2000R delivers knock outs, up and down forms (cups & feet), threaded holes, countersunk holes, louvres, bridges, and has a fully programmable 360’head which can be used to cut shapes, form beads, deburr edges and even mark identifiers onto parts. It’s quieter too, so it contributes to our mission of improving the working environment for the team.

We are very happy to have turned a corner and found a renowned brand with fantastic engineering support that will underpin our mission to deliver what customers want, when they want it, at a price they are prepared to pay - together we deliver.
