Let there be light!!

 We have just invested in some high intensity LED lighting for our Powder Coat booth.

As part of our continuous improvement process it was noticed that the existing lighting in our Powder Coat Booth caused shadows and slowed down our painting process or led to defective finishes. 

We designed some positional lighting brackets and fabricated them in house to mount proprietary LED strip lamps that can now be angled from all edges of the booth to virtually eliminate shadowing whilst the operator is applying powder to products. 

We have already seen process productivity and quality improvement from our investment – shine on!
