In the firing line

Sometimes, your ideal supplier is right on your doorstep! When we were contacted by an Exeter Gas & Electric fire manufacturer primarily it was because they were having issues with their Asian supply chain. Long lead times, high MOQ’s and fluctuating currency exchange rates were taking their toll, and this was not helped by them having received some very poor assembly quality. 

Under pressure to keep production rolling they turned to DASL to procure and produce a batch of assemblies on fast turnaround. We found the parts (not easy given current market capacity issues) built the boards and delivered straight to their production line. Cue customer delight and comments regarding our quality being “the best they have ever experienced”. We now have some follow up work to produce for them for which we are most grateful.
