Further investment into Surface Mount capabilities

We have just become the proud owners of a Dek 248 screen printer with vision.

This moves our capabilities forward allowing us to produce higher accuracy solder paste prints faster than we were able to before.

It continues our investment into our surface mount placement capabilities and will be commissioned as soon as our new electronics assembly workshop is completed on the new Mezzanine.
