Exploding Solutions

We were approached by local cafe and wholesale bakery company the Exploding Bakery who had recently invested in a new oven to be able to take their business to the next level. The brief was that they wanted to keep using their existing oven trays however they needed them modified to fit the new oven. 

Oli and Tom, founders of the Exploding Bakery came to us to see if we could solve their predicament. After running through a few ideas we found the perfect solution for them.

We completed the first ‘test’ batch a couple of weeks ago and this morning Tom came back in to us with the next lot for us to modify, accompanied by a gorgeous lemon polenta tray bake topped with pistachios - well worth a try!
