Depanelize!

Depanelize!

We have recently invested in a new PCB depanelizer from our good friends at Grove sales.

A depanelizer is a hand operated cutter of PCB’s to rapidly remove individual scored circuits from panels without damaging components or PCB. The PCB is located onto linear bottom blade once aligned top circular blade is pushed or pulled along score line to separate PCB.

This particular unit is fantastic as it’s the perfect size to fit on top of a workbench when you need it but also easy to store away, which with our limited space in DASL whilst the mezzanine project is underway is a great feature.

Another rather useful feature is that the rear bench tilts so that cut items slide away therefore limiting the time needed to clear the workspace.
