Back to the future

We are delighted to have been able to offer Jake Snell a role as an apprentice sheet metal fabricator within Metalwork Solutions.

When Jake came to us in 2019 from West Exe School to have some work experience, he enjoyed his time so much he decided engineering was a career path he would like to follow.  Continuing our strong relationship with Exeter College we have been able to find a suitable training path for Jake and he will be splitting his time between practical learning and delivery within our team, and a more formal apprentice education at the technology centre. 

Jake follows in the footsteps of our five previous or current apprentices and we are really pleased to be able to continue offering younger people the opportunity to join the engineering profession.
