A few years ago and in truth a fair while after we should have, we invested in a Pemsert Series 4 to improve productivity and quality of insertion for all our captive threaded fixings. 

These machines are straight forward to service and operate but so flexible and effective when it comes to high quality mechanical fastening of sheet metal rivet bushes, flush head studs and stand offs. 

With our machine often used to full capacity, we have been keeping our eyes open for a decent condition 2^nd user machine and finally found a unit through Used Machinery Sales Ireland.

Dealing with proprietor Noel Moloney was professional simplicity in itself and after obtaining a report on the machine and a quotation to get it across to us in Exeter we placed the order and have now received, serviced, and have launched “PS4-2” straight into use.    

Thanks to a close relationship with our friends at Northern Precision we have a huge understanding and capability for utilising a wide range of sheet metal fastenings and keep stocks of over 200 different threads, gauges and materials.  This has fully enabled us to meet many customer challenges head on and we can offer the best solutions available quickly and without fuss.
